For Kayaks we use small independent drivers, they are much more careful with the kayaks than larger freight companies. However there are no tracking numbers for this method. The Driver will text to set up delivery

For accessories- we use FedEx, UPS, and USPS .

Kayaks on average take 1-2 weeks for delivery from date of purchase. We build the kayaks to order, we generally have the kayaks ready to ship within 48 hours.

Accessories, parts and apparel ship within 24 hours.

The best way to store a Kaku is on some type of cart or rack that holds the weight of the kayak on the outside edges of the kayak, keeping the weight off of the middle.

If you are putting a motor on it then yes you will need to register it, we include a Certificate for Origin with every kayak so you can register it. Some state do require some type of registering even if you do not have a motor, you will need to check your state requirements

Most states require that you have a life jacket easily accessible on the watercraft for adults, children under certain ages must wear a life jacket. And some states require wearing a life jacket if you motorize it. You will have to check your state laws. Or just wear a life jacket to be safe and not have to worry about the law.
